Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping to anywhere in the UK!!! No minimum order.

We can ship your order direct to the recipient. If you require this service, just fill out the form with the recipient's address, when checking out. Please note, this service is only available to UK addresses.

All items come in a gift box, unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery is within 3 working days for orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays). If orders are placed after 3pm on Friday or on a Saturday/Sunday, orders will be dealt with on the following Monday.
  • During busy periods (i.e. Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day), orders can take longer, so if unsure, please get in contact to check you will receive your order in time.
  • Please ensure your Christmas orders are placed before 18th December, to avoid disappointment.
  • Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, in discreet outer packaging for added security.
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched.

Next Day Delivery - £7.95 (Next Day Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & public holidays.)

  • Order before 12pm to get our Next Day delivery service.
  • Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the next working day (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
  • If you place your order after 12pm on Friday, it will not be despatched until the following Monday.
  • Cut-off and delivery times may change during busy periods.
  • You will need to sign for your order with this service, if no-one is around to sign for your parcel it will be returned to the local depot for collection or re-delivery.
  • Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order at any time prior to us dispatching it, please call us on 0115 9830040.

Returns

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and we hope that you love your purchase, but we know on the odd occasion this is not always the case, and in the unlikely event that the item isn't suitable, this is not a problem. We will gladly exchange or refund any item, (excluding bespoke items, special orders or anything that has been altered or personalised/engraved for you), providing it is returned in the same saleable condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Customers have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us to request to return the item(s) and a further 14 days, after notifying us, to return the item back to us. Goods returned outside of this period will not qualify for an exchange or refund. You must cover the cost of the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Should you wish to return a purchase, please send an email to info@aspirejewellery.co.uk  with a brief outline of what the problem is or what you wish to exchange the item for, along with your original purchase order number and any other relevant information. Upon us receiving your email, we will issue you with a returns reference number and our address to return it to. Once you have received a reply, please ensure the item is packaged securely with padding and send by a registered form of post. All items must be returned in an unworn, saleable condition and in the original box/packaging.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

The customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning goods for exchange or a refund and we are unable to refund the cost incurred by you to post the item back to us. (This does not apply to faulty goods being returned)

We will contact you once we have received your returned order.

Refunds may only be requested by the person who originally placed the order and will be processed via the original payment method, excluding postage costs. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank.

The company reserves the right to refuse all returned items if deemed not to be in the same, unworn, saleable condition supplied to the customer, originally.

Exclusions - Unfortunately for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund Body Jewellery. Earrings may be exchanged, providing they are returned unworn, (due to hygiene reasons) in their original saleable condition. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, and items that have been altered or personalised, for example engraved items.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations.

Always include your order number and returns reference number in all correspondence.

Faulty Goods

All our products are manufactured to the highest standard and we are proud of our brand, which is why we offer a 6 month guarantee against any manufacturing faults that may appear. In the unlikely event one of our items is received faulty, please get in contact either by email or on 0115 9830040, in the first instance, where we will be happy to assist you.

When an item is returned due to what you believe is a manufacturing fault, then once we have received the item, a member of our team will assess it and once it has been established as faulty, we would be happy to exchange it for you or alternatively issue you a refund, if requested, including all postage costs. All items returned for exchange or refund are subject to thorough examination of condition.  If the customer wishes to exchange the item, they may have an exchange to the same value of the original purchase price, add more to it to purchase an item of a higher price or a credit note will be issued.

We at Aspire are immensely proud of the quality of our products, but we cannot guarantee against misuse and mistreatment of the jewellery. Therefore, if items are established as customer accidental damage or being down to general wear and tear, and lack of care, no refund or exchange will be given.
